Future Drop Priority: Guaranteed first-round presale access to all future Special edition print drops (e.g., the 1 of 5 Hand-Altered Alternate Edition).

Private invitation extension: collectors are allowed to reserve a private invitation directly from the artist (via email) to anyone of their choosing to anything our team has presented privately for collectors. consider it a plus one to your exclusive invitation as a patron.

The Standard of Scarcity

Q: Why is the print run so small?

The entire physical collection is defined by the Edition of 30 standard. Any edition size under 50 is considered highly scarce in the fine art print market, it signals a rigorous commitment to long-term collector value. This practice is modeled after established masters who use small editions to maintain the prestige of their work.
Once the 25 prints in the Limited Edition and Artist Proof tiers are sold, the image will never be released again in this format or edition number SECURING THE VALUE OF YOUR PRINT.

Q: What is the difference between Limited Edition (LE) and Artist Proof (AP)?

Limited Edition (LE): The main run of 20 prints per image. Each image comes numbered. PRINT Numbers are given in THE Order of purchase.

Artist Proof (AP): An ultra-rare subset of the edition only 5 prints per image. We release 3 AP prints per image THE REST ARE RETAINED BY THE ARTIST. THESE ARE THE VERY FIRST PRINTS OF THE EDITION DUE TO THE ARTIST NEEDING TO TEST RUN THE QUALITY. THEY CAN COME WITH SOME VARIATION TO THE LIMITED PRINT EDITIONS. They carry the highest value of prints because they are ALWAYS hand-signed by the artist and are historically the most sought-after in any edition.

please note that the remaining 5 of the collection are alternate editions which are all variants but subsequent parts of the same collection.

Q: Who gets the Originals Pre-Emption Right?

Only Principal Investors (Pre-existing collectors of either a print or original) receive the 48 hour right to purchase an Original at a fixed price before it is released to the public or auction market. This provides a distinct advantage in acquiring the highest value works.

Please Note this RIGHT is also extended to those whom a collector uses a private invitation extension for. THIS extension ends upon events ending if the invited decides not to or for whatever reason cannot make a purchase and become a collector.

Q: Do you do second edition drops of these images?

no, there is never a second edition in the same format. however, We will release a subsequent collection called the Alternate Editions. THese editions are hand altered by the artist personally. these are extensions of the first edition and are numbered as so, This or the originals is the only other chance of aquisition prior to the collections closing.

Please note: the artist reserves the right to refuse sale of any original artworks or prints to anyone at anytime.

Q: What price will the alternate editions be?

The Alternate Editions are priced for the unique artistic labor involved. These prints are not standard reproductions. They are hand-altered and hand-signed by the artist, making each one a unique, small-batch original work. The price reflects the time,mmeticulous effort, and one-of a-kind artistic intervention inevery single unit.

Are the artists studies available for purchase?

NO. artists studies are fundamentally not for sale and are kept off market as a core pillar of our mission. this policy is subject to change upon the artists passing. if the studies are ever listed for sale it will signify the end of all active creation and collections.

Care and Preservation

How should I handle and care for my new print?

Always handle your print by the edges, ideally using clean cotton gloves, to prevent oil and residue transfer. Unframed prints should be stored flat in a clean, dry, and acid-free environment away from heat sources.

What are your framing recommendations?

We strongly recommend conservation-grade professional framing. This includes using acid-free/archival matting and backing, and most importantly, UV-filtering glass or acrylic to protect the colors from light exposure and fading over time.

Where should I display my art?

Display your art in a location that avoids direct sunlight or excessive humidity (like bathrooms). Maintaining a stable room temperature and low humidity will ensure the long-term preservation and vibrancy of the archival inks and paper.

Commissions

Are commissions currently open?

The commission period is Publicly CLOSED. To protect the creative integrity and schedule of our coming collection and Equitable Drops, commissions are limited to a specific, brief window once per year dependant on scheduling. The opening and closing dates are announced exclusively to members of the Collector's Circle.

Who is eligible to submit a commission inquiry?

Commissions are an exclusive privilege reserved only for active members of the Collector's Circle. Please note commissions are extremely rare and high ticket items, THAT often averagE 10 times the amount in cost to a original auctioned piece which easily can be HUNDREDS OF thousands. this is in order to compensate for the amount of time taken away from the artists regular body of work.

What are the size requirements for commissions?

To ensure maximum creative and aesthetic impact, commissions are strictly limited to murals or original physical pieces sized 4 feet by 4 feet (4'x4') or larger.

Who is responsible for project costs, supplies, and logistics?

The Patron is responsible for all non-artistic project costs. This includes, but is not limited to: the initial non-refundable deposit, fees for specialist supplies (large-scale canvas, custom framing materials), all necessary installation equipment (e.g., scaffolding, lifts), insurance, and all transportation/shipping of the final piece. These costs are itemized and agreed upon in the contract, and must be paid in advance.

ALL COMMISSION depositS ARE forfeited, and the Artist retains all rights to the partially or fully completed work, which may then be retained in the Artist's Studies or released to the general public collection at the Artist's discretion.

What is the typical process for a commission?

The process is highly personalized but includes these mandatory stages:

1) A detailed conceptual review based on your submission.

2) A formal proposal and contract outlining scope, price, and payment schedule.

3) A non-refundable deposit to begin conceptual sketches.

4) One Round of revisions on the concept phase.

5) Execution, followed by final payment and delivery

Are there revisions allowed on commissioned pieces?

Revisions are strictly limited. We allow one round of feedback during the initial conceptual sketch phase. Once the work moves into the final execution phase, it is considered a finished work of art based on the agreed-upon concept, and no further aesthetic changes will be permitted. This protects the integrity and timely completion of the piece.

If I commission a piece, do I receive the copyright?

No. As with all THE artworks, the Artist retains the full copyright and all reproduction rights to the image, even for commissioned works. You are purchasing the final, singular physical object. Any use of the image beyond private display must be agreed upon in the initial commission

contract.

Collector's Annual Invite:

Stipulations & Protocol

This protocol governs the Collector's right to nominate one individual per calendar year for exclusive, confidential access to a future collection drop or private event.

I. Collector Submission Requirements:

The Collector is responsible for providing the required information via the collectors portal (contact & support) to activate their annual referral slot.

Nominee Vetting: The Collectors refferal states that the Nominee meets the general profile of a qualified Patron who's interests generally align with the collectives.

Contact Information: Submission requires a current, preferred contact method and the Nominee's preferred name/Alias.

Annual Reset: The referral right resets every twelve (12) months from the date of the legacy acquisition. Unused slots do not roll over.

II. Artist Vetting & Invitation Protocol

The artist's action is entirely confidential and controlled, ensuring the network's integrity is protected.

Anonymity Guarantee: The artist guarantees that the Collector's identity as the referrer will never be revealed to the Nominee, ensuring the vouch remains non-traceable. We do this because many collectors have asked for discretion for a variety of reasons. Many of which had to do with aquisition being a gift.

Vetting Period: The artist reserves a 15 day review period in advance in order to execute the invitation in a timely manner prior to the event.

Invitation Method: The artist will issue a single, confidential invitation via the provided contact method. This invitation will be structured discreetly.

No Obligation: The artist is under no obligation to issue an invitation if the Nominee fails the internal vetting criteria. The Collector will be informed only that the slot has not been utilized for the year.

III. Compliance & Penalty

These rules ensure the privilege is not abused and that the referral system remains a tool for quality control.

Non-Transferability: The referral slot is a non-transferable right of the Legacy Certificate Holder. It cannot be sold, traded, or assigned.

Immediate Void: Any confirmed attempt by the Collector to publicly reveal the existence of the referral system, the Nominee's name, or the details of the invitation process constitutes a direct breach of the Perpetual Confidentiality in which this collective operates, resulting in the immediate voiding of all future referral rights and the potential revocation of access privileges.

Equitable Drops

equitable drops are a tangible expression of our mission to counter art elitism. these are unique weatherproof metal prints that are intentionally placed in historically disinvested neighborhoods. our purpose is to ensure those who may never become traditional collectors for lack of social status positioning or otherwise have a direct opportunity to aquire a extremely high value peice.

by making the original acquisition free, based only on chance and discovery, we democratize the potential life changing capital the art may eventually hold. we are using this to counter art elitism, not exclusive access or high value.

furthermore instead of the artwork being traded within the limited scope of elitists it gives someone who may be from a disparaged community the opportunity to exchange it for A life changing sum. this of course relys on luck and the person who finds it but none the less it starts with the chance.

equitable drops are fundamentally not for sale. this policy is a core pillar of our mission to ensure these works enter the world freely and democratically. the only way to aquire one is to find it, or possibly purchase one from a finder. the exact locations are chosen for maximum impact within designated communities. crucially clues are not shared with the general public or collectors. the successful execution of this mission relies on the piece being found organically by a community member.

We frequently receive inquiries about traditional gallery representation, public exhibitions, and the artist's presence across social media platforms. We deeply appreciate the interest and the generous offers from established institutions and collectors worldwide. The current practice, however, is built on the principle of exclusivity and direct relationships with the individuals who acquire the work.

While the gallery model is respected, the artist's focus remains strictly on the creation of unique, finite pieces, and the immediate placement of these "anchors" with private collectors. This decision is rooted in a few key principles:

Valuing the Anchor: The current acquisition pace is swift, often resulting in pieces finding their permanent homes shortly after their release. The urgency of a large-scale public showing or gallery exhibition is rarely required to place the work, allowing our team to maintain a streamlined, efficient process.

Protecting Value: The direct-to-collector model ensures that the majority of the acquisition price supports the continued refinement of materials and artistic practice, rather than covering the substantial commissions often associated with traditional representation. This approach ensures the long-term integrity and market value of the work.

Prioritizing Privacy: The artist's practice operates with an emphasis on quiet creation and personal privacy. A focused, limited digital footprint and the absence of constant public engagement are essential for maintaining the necessary conditions for the unique artistic output.

Future Aspirations: While the focus remains on this intimate approach, the artist does anticipate a future opportunity for a broader, curated presentation. Our team is currently developing the framework for a self-hosted, private exhibition of collected and newly-released original works. This approach will allow for a fully realized showing that maintains the philosophical integrity and control central to the practice.

Questions of Asset Integrity

Q: What is the purpose of the holding period protocols regarding original works ?

upon collection release all originals are held vaulted for a minimum term of 6 months (or possibly longer) in order to prevent from quick flip speculators. this proactive stance has been established to protect the integrity of the release sequence and valuation for our collectors.

Q: how is the valuation floor established and maintained across the collection?

valuations are anchored directly to the base line reserve set at the initial release. the archive is structured so that every subsequent placement reinforces the base equity of existing works, ensuring long term stability for early collectors. The entire project is structurally designed to protect and enforce this minimum price across all future transactions.

Q: How does a Retrospective Auction of older assets affect my Certificate's value?

a Auction, accessible EXCLUSIVELY to Certificate Holders, provides a high-value mechanism for establishing provenance and historical demand. The prices set at the Auction (for the reacquired older works) will establish the historical trajectory of the artist's market, directly benefiting the value of your contemporary asset.

Q: What is the ownership distinction for Intellectual Property (IP)?

The purchase grants full ownership of the physical Legacy Certificate. However, the copyright, reproduction rights, and the Conceptual Thesis remain the exclusive Intellectual property of the artist. Your acquisition confirms agreement to these terms.

Q: What are the approved protocols for conservation?

All logistics regarding conservation are the Collector's sole responsibility. The Collector is required to adhere to the strict Archival Handling Protocol (detailed in the Technical Dossier) for all aspects of packaging,

handling, and conservation to maintain the asset's integrity.
